We collect information if you register with us, place an order for products or services, give us your information for communication purposes or contact us. We also collect information if you sign up for our newsletter or complete a survey. We only hold names and email addresses. Additional information, including full address and telephone numbers can be entered by users at their own discretion to enable contact.

The data is managed by data hosting services based in the UK (ReZolve I.T. Ltd – and technical measures are used to secure the data. No personal information is given or made available to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Our hosting provider is accredited under the Cyber Essentials Scheme.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
